Bendon Gear has a position open for a FULL-TIME GEAR CUTTER.

Relocation assistance available.

MUST BE FULLY CAPABLE OF SETTING UP AND OPERATING GEAR CUTTING MACHINERY.

DUTIES:


SET UP AND RUN GEAR CUTTING MACHINES TO PRODUCE PRECISION GEARS FOR AGMA CLASS 9-12.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 Years experience minimum:

-
Understanding of gear terms and dimensions: spur, helical, worm
:

Capable of measuring cut gears, wire size, test radius, lead
:

Can set up Barber Colman, Mikron, and Pfauter Hobbers:

-
Can set up Fellows shapers:

-
CNC Gear hobber setup is a plus, but not required
:
