Alight is Looking for a Defined Contribution Client Manager

You will be responsible for day to day service delivery for your client(s), supporting their defined contribution plan(s). You will have the opportunity to work with your team to deliver quality recordkeeping and administrative services, partnering with other support areas such as operations and technology. On the client side, you will be the main contact point for the client on daily service delivery, with team support across various operations and technology roles, including your aligned Defined Contribution Client Leader. You will utilize your strong client consulting skills and deep DC defined contribution plan knowledge on a daily basis. You will get to do all of this while growing our talent in defined contribution administration, and working with a global workforce.

Your Impact as a Defined Contribution Client Manager

• Communicate regularly with client on all technical requirements and technical progress on projects at more senior levels of the organization on client delivery
• Solutions oriented mindset for overall service delivery challenges and improvements
• Understand needs of client, translate client requirements into system specifications, and ensure all requirements are met when completed
• Assist in leading and managing documentation for client, internal and third-party meetings
• Identifies, plans, and manages larger scale process improvement projects to create year-to-year efficiencies
• Review and support client requests and manage escalations
• Possesses in-depth multi-client perspective of benefits data and HR/Payroll requirements, plan provisions, and administrative processes and procedures.
• Expert in defined contribution plan domain knowledge and understanding how day-to-day administration impacts our clients and their participants

Knowledge and Expertise

• Anticipates needs of client based on strong defined contribution and non-qualified plan knowledge as well as client knowledge
• Consult with clients on retirement legislative changes and partner to define plan impacts
• Identify and lead team through changes, to best support the goals of the client and Alight
• Effective communication and influencing skills – internally and externally – on both domain and technical matters
• Advanced management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change
• Ability to work with and influence all areas of client delivery, and across the business, to best meet the outcomes for the client
• Extremely skilled in data and foundation requirement
• Experience with non-qualified plan administration preferred
• 5+ years in Defined Contribution and Non-qualified plan administration along with a variety of client experiences
• Experience with OMNI recordkeeping system preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree (business context preferred) or equivalent work experience required

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

55,800 USD

Maximum :

88,500 USD
