- The perfect candidate for this position will:

• Have at least a few years of DealershipReceptionist experience
• Answer all incoming calls and route them to the proper party
• You will assist with office operations and procedures
• You will assist with posting documents, including: time records, vehicle deals and commissions along with additions and changes to inventory
• You will Need to be dressed professionally
• And You Must be Organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers
