    Great Lakes Honda in Akron is hiring a FULL-TIME cashier/receptionist

    Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Cashier/Receptionist to join the Great Lakes Auto Group. This person will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, and must have great customer service and organizational skills.

    Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday hours)

    Compensation: $14.50 per hour

    Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life insurance, Paid Time Off and other benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process payments from customers
    • Answer phones and greet customers upon their arrival
    • Maintains customer service standards by monitoring and evaluating visitors experiences
    • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    Requirements:

    • One year of customer service experience in a professional environment

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
