Description
We need a hands-on Data and BI Architect who's a total doer.The hiring manager wants someone who can hit the ground running and Get Stuff Done - no managers or people looking to have a team do all the work.
This is a super hands-on gig.You need to be really strong technically, with solid Data and Business Intelligence Architecture experience under your belt. You've got to know your way around Data Engineering and Data Integration. Having Snowflake or AWS Redshift experience is a must for this role. Cloud experience is also required.
It's a hybrid role based in Nashville, expected to be onsite 2-3 days per week. We'll relocate the right person to Nashville.
There's a 3-round interview process: first with the hiring manager, then a technical panel discussion, and finally meeting with peers/teammates.
So what's the job? As part of our Enterprise Data & Analytics team, you'll design and implement the overall architecture for our data and BI solutions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable, efficient BI systems to meet current and future needs.
You'll team up with our Engineers to develop data models for the company's data systems. Managing the Data & Analytics ETL and reporting platforms to prep data for consumption will be on you. That includes supporting processes like Master Data Governance, integrations with SAP/Snowflake, and using automation tools.You'll gather requirements, oversee development/delivery of requested changes, testing, documentation, and production support. Part of the role will involve managing delivery with our service providers too.
