- This position is remote in Nashville, TN.
- Assist in implementing legal and compliance-related policies and procedures
- Draft, file, and manage various business entity filings for corporate entities, US and international
- Draft and file legal contracts, correspondence, and other documents
- General support for legal department function
- Create and process corporate documents
- Organize and maintain legal resources and associated Sharepoint portal materials
- Review and modify contract forms such as sales agreements and change orders
- Maintain orderly processing of purchase orders and invoicing
- Assist with paperwork required by regulatory bodies
- Respond to Requests for Information, subpoenas, written discovery, litigation support
- Assist with ethics and compliance programs
- Perform legal research and analysis upon request
- Paralegal certification required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Driven and self-motivated with a strong desire for learning
- Extremely organized with a strong sense of priority, urgency, and commitment to deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with members of other departments to support their functions as well as to assist in supporting the legal staff
