    Onsite Women's Health is the leading women's health platform providing un-matched mammography service partnerships to independent Physicians.     Position Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced corporate paralegal to join our team. The position reports to the General Counsel and provides support to the legal and compliance departments. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and revising contracts, assisting with the drafting of corporation compliance-related policies and procedures, managing business entity filings in multiple states, and general support for legal department functions. Experience in healthcare, and familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance preferred.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Assist General Counsel with the drafting, reviewing, and redlining of agreements.
    • Review and revise contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Assist with corporate filings with states, such as annual reports and business registrations.
    • Provide support to the legal and compliance departments as needed.
    • Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned.
    • Maintain and organize legal documents and files.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
    • 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal or similar role.
    • General understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
    • Experience in healthcare, with knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
    • Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint preferred.

    Location and Work Environment:

    This position is based in Nashville, TN, but a hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
