- Core FP&A elements - reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, AOP, ZBB, cash flow forecast maintenance
- Owning financial aspects of Transformation and scorecards
- Driving EBITDAR growth through analytics, new processes, and effective storytelling
- Partnering with leadership to achieve strategic EBITDAR targets
- Managing EBITDAR performance tracking and variance analysis
- Owning financial aspects of Playbook, Transformation, and initiatives
- Designing and maintaining organization scorecards
- Centralizing financial reporting for accuracy
- Developing business cases for strategic opportunities
- Creating models for asset procurement and decision-making support
- Establishing business case processes for opportunities evaluation
- Implementing profit cube and Pricing Model to drive EBITDAR growth
- Collaborating with commercial and asset management for revenue generation
- Managing reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Leading Annual Operating Plan creation and cashflow analysis
- Assisting in evaluating bolt-on opportunities and synergy execution
- Defining requirements and creating a transformational roadmap for FP&A
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of business experience
- Private equity background desirable
- Proficient in excel-based modeling
- Expertise in KPI tracking and reporting
- Experience in FP&A capabilities establishment
- Effective communication and strategic perspective
- Experience in due diligence and acquisitions integration
