The Vice President Aircraft Management Sales is responsible for driving the growth of the companys aircraft management portfolio by acquiring new clients across the United States. This executive level position focuses on selling customized Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft management solutions with a strategic emphasis on engaging Ultra High Net Worth Individuals UHNWIs The role requires a resultsoriented sales leader with deep experience in private aviation who excels in hightouch relationshipdriven environments Client Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new Aircraft Management clients and achieve revenue targets Identify cultivate and manage relationships with current and prospective aircraft owners family offices aircraft brokerages brokers aviation consultants and other UHNW stakeholders Sales Business Development Generate leads through various channels including referrals networking private events cold outreach relationship networks Prepare tailored proposals presentations service agreements that reflect Jet Linxs premium value proposition and aviation expertise Maintain detailed accurate records in CRM HubSpot of sales activities prospect interactions followups Develop implement short longterm sales strategies goals objectives for signing up new Aircraft Management clients to meet sales goals Represent Jet Linx at select luxury aviation events industry conferences exclusive gatherings of UHNWi Actively promote the Jet Linx brand as a discreet hightouch service provider for private aviation clients Stay informed on industry trends competitor offerings developments in private aviation UHNW consumer behavior Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in aviation services UHNW engagement Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge Skills Abilities Ability to prospect sell ultra wealthy individuals Knowledge contracting negotiating decisionmaking skills Excellent verbal written communication interpersonal skills effectively interact all levels company customers Exceptional strategic planning critical thinking abilities Ability persistent persuasive demonstrate respect Multi task demanding fastpaced environment strong attention detail organizational skills Handle maintain confidentiality sensitive information Selfmotivated work minimal supervision exercise independent judgment discretion initiative Proficient Microsoft Office Suite CRM HubSpot Operate office equipment needed Education Work Experience Minimum years proven success aviation or sales ultra high net worth individuals UNHWIs preferably within private Aviation or highend luxury markets Strong preference given candidates background charter Aviation demonstrated passion aircraft Aviation services Bachelor associate degree preferred However candidates significant industry experience strong track record performance Aviation luxury will also be considered Physical Requirements Majority completed normal office work environment Able complete physical activities standing sitting walking talking hearing perform daily work functions Must move infrequent basis Ability travel frequently plus Compensation Jet Linx offers competitive compensation benefits package team members Starting base annual salary position ranges Actual base salary provided dependent geographic location relevant education training experience candidate Comprehensive benefits package includes health dental vision insurance k company match paid time off company paid life short disability coverage
