The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking membership and retail sales manage staff schedule supervise sales representatives collect out standing dues maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio enforce studio policies procedures provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio existing members face to face service phone email become proficient at ClubReady software troubleshoot client account inquiries possible sales opportunities contact prospects leads schedule barre class enroll them in a membership drive retain retail membership sales maintain organization staff cleanliness organization Studio enforce policies procedures relating customers ensure all forms administrative supplies Studio literature stocked visible participate many networking community events surrounding community Studio promotions scheduled Corporate execute light operational duties ordering supplies scheduling staff aid social media anything else owner sees fit any other duties assigned
