Key Account Manager - Bio-Stimulant Seed Treatments

  • Covering Eastern Germany
  • Salary Range - €60-90,000 + fixed sum and variable bonus

We are currently seeking a new team member for our Flintville location. We are looking for someone with a strong background in the seed, fertilizer, or crop protection industries to join our sales team and help drive our business forward. Your extensive knowledge and experience in agriculture, whether through training or studies, will be essential in connecting with our farmer customers. If you have a genuine passion for sales and the ability to inspire both current and potential clients, then you are the ideal candidate for this position. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in Germany. Your responsibilities will include direct engagement with clients, managing comprehensive trials, and conducting market analyses. You will also work closely with product management, research teams, and senior leadership to drive our growth. Additionally, you will deliver expert presentations and demonstrate the effectiveness of our products in real-world situations to build customer confidence.
