Responsibilities
- Answering calls, track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
- Understanding of debits and credits bookkeeping.
- Maintains customer files based on Front Office Work Flow.
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Quick Books
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
Note: 30 hrs a week.
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Experience level:
- 3 years
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
