Urgently seeking EXPERIENCED VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
  • Assist with medical collection and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Utilize veterinary terminology accurately in client interactions
  • Support veterinarians and technicians with various administrative tasks

Skills:


  • Proficiency in veterinary terminology
  • Communicaion skills
  • Multitasking
  • Computer skills: AVImark knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with animal restraint and handling
  • Understanding of pet care

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
