My Way:

We are looking for night watchmen (m/f/d) to join our team in building an intensive therapeutic residential community for individuals with mental disabilities, with a focus on night shifts in Burnsville, MN.

My Way Social Services was founded in 2017 by experienced social workers.

Currently, we have a total of five communities in the districts of Burnsville, Lichtenberg, and Treptow, consisting of therapeutic group homes and individual therapeutic living arrangements for individuals with mental disabilities, in accordance with Sections 123 ff.

of the German Social Code IX.

This residential community is an intensive 24/7 facility. This job posting is specifically for the night shift, which also includes weekends and holidays.
