Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim HRIS Consultant to join their team and play a key role in enhancing their HRIS functions and supporting strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HRIS management, particularly with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems, and demonstrate a strong aptitude for data analysis, reporting, and communication.

Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN– Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidate only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the optimization and implementation of the UKG system to meet organizational needs.

Configure and customize UKG modules to enhance functionality and improve user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

Analyze current HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability within the UKG system.

Implement system enhancements that support the organization's growth objectives.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the implementation and scaling process.

Partner closely with the HR team to understand their needs and provide practical solutions within the UKG system.

Provide training and support to HR staff on UKG functionalities and best practices.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the UKG system.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system optimization and implementation.

Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to scale systems for organizational growth.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with HR and cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
