- Lead the optimization and implementation of the UKG system to meet organizational needs.
- Configure and customize UKG modules to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Analyze current HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability within the UKG system.
- Implement system enhancements that support the organization's growth objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the implementation and scaling process.
- Partner closely with the HR team to understand their needs and provide practical solutions within the UKG system.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on UKG functionalities and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the UKG system. Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system optimization and implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to scale systems for organizational growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with HR and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
