Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee recreational programs and events
- Coordinate facility reservations and ensure proper setup for activities
- Develop and implement creative and ageappropriate recreational activities
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers
- Maintain equipment and supplies inventory
- Ensure the safety of all participants during recreational activities
- Evaluate program effectiveness and participant satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of recreational program development and implementation
- Experience in staff supervision and volunteer management is a plus
Pay:
$40,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- In Social Services preferred: 1 year (preferred)
