- Closed ICU with full time intensivists and no ICU responsibility is anticipated
- Block scheduling with 14 shifts in 28 days plus two weeks vacation
- Rounding shifts are 7 am to 5 pm and admitting shifts from 11:00 am to 9 pm
- Support ED staff with two dedicated admitters in the afternoons
- Established EMR with digital x-ray viewing capability

- Up to $10,000 in relocation expenses
- Level III trauma center, tertiary care center support by either Dartmouth-Hitchcock or UVMs Fletcher Allen Healthcare with ground and helicopter transport available

- Digital X-ray (GE)
- ER physicians are residency trained
- Classic New England city of 20,000
- Excellent schools scoring among the top 10% of national scores on Standard Achievement exams

- Located in the beautiful Green Mountains
- Ample access to multiple lakes, rivers and streams for boating and fishing or floating in a tube on a warm summer day
