- As a Sales Associate at Claire's at Nebraska Crossing, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving retail store targets by boosting sales
- Providing sales through friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensuring customers have an enjoyable shopping experience
- Demonstrating Claire's products
- Helping customers with their questions using your product knowledge
- Assisting with store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
- Performing ear piercing procedures (full training provided)
- Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment for our customers
- A prominent high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores worldwide
- Specializing in trendy jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics
- Catering to a diverse customer base from children to young women, offering various styles reflecting different moods and trends
- A vibrant workplace where all team members are encouraged to showcase our products
- Promoting and supporting your professional growth by providing necessary skills development opportunities for committed and ambitious individuals
- Completion of some high school education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good organization
- Basic computer literacy
- Understanding the significance of delivering excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency in mathematics and reading comprehension
- Capability to stand during shifts
- Able to handle objects weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Performing various physical activities such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and operating the POS system
