Farmington Motor Sports has been family owned and operated since 1976. With our continued growth, we have made the jump to open a location in Southington, CT. This location will include 1-2 automotive technicians, as well as offer towing services in the area. With this growth, we are looking to add an experienced service advisor to our teamJob Responsibilities Include:
- Greet customers in person and via phone.
- Effectively schedule customer vehicles for repairs.
- Accurately communicate customer concerns to technicians
- Utilize customer concerns and technician findings to provide customers with solutions for their vehicles with accurate price estimates.
- Order parts and oversee a small inventory of automotive parts.
- Maintain proper paperwork/documentation of each service invoice and vehicle repair.
- Utilize company provided software programs to create estimates, invoices, etc.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
