Advanced Health Institute (AHI) provides consulting services to Assisted Living communities and Skilled Nursing facilities.

We are currently seeking qualified RN's to join our team and provide assistance to our clients, as well as fill interim leadership roles.

Specifically, we are looking for nurses with DON experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living.

Our Nurses are responsible for project work such as mock surveys, plan of correction support, interim leadership support, regulatory guidance, in-service education etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties:

Our Nurses perform well independently or with a team, utilizing clinical, analytical, communication, and customer service skills, as well as sound judgement and professionalism.

• Function as an advisor for healthcare agencies and facilities
• Maintain current on professional standards of nursing care, federal and state statutes / regulations
• Provide professional, qualitydriven services, including but not limited to mock surveys, education, research, analysis of healthcare systems and processes, creative problemsolving and recommendations, and written presentations to clients
• Assist clients with assessing, planning, developing and implementing systems, processes, and other needs as requested
• Consult and provide technical or interim management assistance to providers as requested by the client
• Identify training needs; plan and conduct training/inservices as requested
• Work as an interim (D.O.N., Nurse Manager, AL Health & Wellness Director)
• Travel within the US for work assignments, as necessary
• Function within scope of work as defined by the client
• Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have current and unrestricted RN license in Arizona. Compact license a plus
• Must have at least 3 years of Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, or Assisted Living experience
• Strong customer service skills to coordinate service delivery, including attention to clients, sensitivity to issues, identification and resolution of issues to promote positive outcomes for clients; requires initiative, innovation and creativity
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to make good decisions and exercise sound clinical and professional judgment
• Proven knowledge of quality improvement concepts and processes

Must live in Arizona and be flexible to travel within the USA
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
