Job description

Specialists for pool operations supervise and organize the operation of swimming and leisure pools, take care of the bathers, and monitor the technical facilities. They also teach swimming lessons as part of their duties.

Duration and process

The training lasts three years.
During this time, you will alternate between practical and theoretical training. During your practical training, you will work and be trained in the subsidiary companies of Stadtwerke Halle. The theoretical training takes place at a corresponding vocational school.

Training salary

The amount of the training salary depends on which training company of Stadtwerke you are assigned to. There is a valid collective agreement in place, which also determines the training salary.
