- Generate new leads through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
- Qualify incoming leads and identify customer needs
- Provide consultative sales conversations, recommending the most suitable packaging solutions
- Negotiate pricing and quotes
- Close sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Sales, Account Management, or Territory Management a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in industrial sales or packaging/container sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Highly professional and dependable
- Fast learner and resourceful
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 + commission (5% of gross margin)
