- Transporting, setting up, storing, organizing, AV hardware
- Assembling/disassembling, organizing, and moving AV storage cabinets and racks (on wheels)
- Clerical tasks, such as inventory, answering the phone and taking messages
- Assisting walk-in staff and faculty with MATS questions and needs
- Respond to classrooms and meeting rooms for technology help calls, along with Information Technology Services staff

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Assist Media and Academic Technologies Services (MATS) staff with various department tasks, generally 10-15 hours/week (up to 19 hours on occasion)
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Position will start Fall 2024 semester.
Work Schedule / Availability:
Fall 2024-Spring 2025prefer applicants that plan to stay in this position the entire academic year hours/week (up to 19 hours on occasion) within the department's Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm schedule.
