MFA First Assistant (f/m/d) for Gynecological Practice in Wichita Falls, TX:

  • Located in the Winterhude district, our modern specialist center offers an interdisciplinary range of services including seven medical practices, physiotherapy, osteopathy, nutritional counseling, speech therapy, podiatry, and a wide range of preventive services. We are a young, motivated, and open-minded team of doctors, medical assistants, and therapists.
  • Teamwork is highly valued in our practice. Flat hierarchies are just as much a part of our company philosophy as regular MFA and MVZ meetings, because your opinion matters to us.
  • We are looking for a First Assistant MFA (f/m/d) for our gynecological practice in the MVZ as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • As the First Assistant, you will supervise the MFA team, organize the department in coordination with the practice management, and be responsible for duty and shift planning.
  • Other tasks include:
  • Appointment scheduling and coordination of consultations
  • Patient registration
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Blood draws, CTG, laboratory work
    YOUR PROFILE:
  • Completed vocational training as a medical assistant
  • Work experience in a gynecological practice is desirable
  • Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
  • Confident demeanor and patience when dealing with patients
  • Teamwork skills
  • Willingness to have a flexible schedule
