Job Overview:


FOCUS RISK MITIGATION LLC is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Guest Service Parking Lot Attendants personnel in Phoenix, Arizona (NEAR FOOTPRINT CENTER).

As a Guest Service Parking Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients and customers.


Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with parking and directions in a friendly and professional manner.

Monitor parking lot activity to ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and individuals.
Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, security, or a related field preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in Entertainment and Sporting Industry. ( Preferred)

Security experience (preferred not required)


Job Types:

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
