- Together with the HR business partners, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding personnel and labor law questions.
- You will take care of the administrative implementation of new hires, departures, and changes throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- You will be responsible for deadlines and followup checks, as well as managing digital personnel files, working closely with payroll (no payroll processing).
- You will actively participate in HR projects (e.g. optimizing document templates and on/offboarding), contribute your ideas, and help us continuously develop our company.
