Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy creation.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new talent using various platforms and coordinate with department managers to identify necessary skills and positions
• Conduct interviews, facilitate onboarding, and administer new hire orientations and trainings
• Manage routine HR tasks such as compensation updates, benefits administration, disciplinary actions, and employee recognition programs
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all Federal and State laws
• Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law
• Facilitate employee reviews and manage employee injuries and accident reports
• Address employee concerns and maintain formal training and development plans
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks within the company
• Process payroll when necessary

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Human Resources
• At least two years of experience in the Human Resources field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of employment law and best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks and act with integrity and confidentiality
• Experience with Microsoft programs, Google Sheets, Team Engine, and ADP Workforce Now preferred

Additional Notes:

• Ability to work during the week and weekends as needed, with some evenings required for job fairs
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
• Must be 18 years of age or older
