Description

Our client is a mother-father-child facility with approximately beds in the Ravensburg area.
At the earliest possible date, the clinic is looking for a full-time or part-time

Medical Director (m/f/d) | Mother-Father-Child Facility | Rehabilitation

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the treatment of patients
Management and organization of admissions, diagnostics, and treatment for parents and their children
Evaluating previous findings, creating and monitoring rehabilitation plans
Clinical tasks and responsibility for the quality standards of therapy services
Leading the team of doctors and therapists
Training and further education of employees
Responsible for IT-based design of medical documentation processes

Your profile

Specialist (m/f/d) in general medicine or specialist (m/f/d) in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or specialist (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy
Additional qualifications in naturopathy or nutritional medicine would be advantageous
Experience in patient treatment
Management experience
Leadership and social skills, organizational and teamwork abilities
