    Job DescriptionSalary: DOE

    FOREMAN – CONCRETE

    We are looking for an experienced and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and oversee different stages of concrete projects, always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace:

    • Responsible for supervising the Concrete Crew to ensure that each job is completed in a timely and quality-conscious manner, utilizing the resources of labor, equipment, and materials in the most efficient and effective manner, within the assigned budget.
    • Be able to plan construction projects upon reviewing technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
    • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • 2-5 years of experience with extended knowledge of the concrete industry (concrete mixes, concrete finishing, formwork, sidewalks, and curbs) and managing crews.
    • Represent Bonness Inc. with professionalism when on the jobsite, dealing with an owner, or working with a general contractor or other subcontractors involved with the project.
