FOREMAN - CONCRETE

Responsible for supervising the Concrete Crew to ensure that each job is completed in a timely and qualityconscious manner, utilizing the resources of labor, equipment, and materials in the most efficient and effective manner, within the assigned budget.
Be able to plan construction projects upon reviewing technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
Detailoriented, strong analytical and problemsolving skills
25 years of experience with extended knowledge of the concrete industry (concrete mixes, concrete finishing, formwork, sidewalks, and curbs) and managing crews.
Represent Bonness Inc. with professionalism when on the jobsite, dealing with an owner, or working with a general contractor or other subcontractors involved with the project.
