Highlights of what our Construction Fleet Administrator will do:

  • Prepares various confidential departmental reports as assigned by management, collects information, and compiles them into standard or non-standard format, prints, proofs, and distributes to appropriate company personnel.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals for additional/extra work.
  • Manage and maintain Purchase Order logs to ensure that each is submitted and paid appropriately and timely.
  • Run all weekly and monthly operations reports.
  • Maintains and distributes equipment and rental logs.
  • Allocate equipment weekly for job costs and assist with equipment rentals.
  • Assist with managing shop inventory and ordering various parts to support department.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Construction Fleet Administrator will include, but not limited to:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge and experience with Sage/Timberline, Paperless, and/or Fleetio is a plus
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment with the ability to manage competing demands or unexpected events in a very fastpaced environment

Salary, Perks and Pluses:

- $23-$25/Hour
