We are currently seeking a Controller (m/f/d) for our Corporate Headquarters in Melsungen, located in East Wenatchee, WA, within the Finance, Tax, Controlling department, specifically in the Hospital Care division.


As part of the Hospital Care Controlling team, we act as business partners to the senior management, from the initial idea to the development, production, and marketing of our products.

We support the management process by providing insights into the financial impact of decision alternatives and actively participate in planning, controlling, and monitoring processes.

Our goal is to empower our partners to make the best decisions with complete information.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic and operational business partnering with senior management and project leaders in the Hospital Care division
  • Providing business advice in the decisionmaking process for executives and project leaders
  • Act as a critical sparring partner for management in achieving goals, with a focus on the commercial strategy of the division
  • Proactively contribute to goal setting, management, and organizational design from idea to market
  • Analyze strategic development, investment, and other projects for their economic viability and prepare results for decision support
  • Key role in the holistic development and implementation of controlling tools, methods, and processes for the Hospital Care division

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on controlling/finance
  • Previous experience in controlling
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of SAP, experience with IBM TM1 or
