JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Property Manager oversees all aspects of commercial properties management for all assigned properties.

DUTIES:


  • Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of Commercial Properties
  • Support onsite property staff who assist in coordinating all repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Manage existing contractor relationships and solicit new contractors on an ongoing basis.
  • Oversee all phases of projects from the bidding stage through completion.
  • Ensure that all routine and contracted services have been provided adequately to all Commercial Properties.
  • Controls expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budgets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Commercial Property activities and attributes.
  • Handle incoming tenant queries and triage efficiently.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with internal management and onsite property staff.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the property.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate property management or related experience
  • Understanding of all building systems and repairs
  • Customer servicefocused
  • Ability to supervise staff and make necessary management decisions on a timely basis.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment.
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects across multiple buildings.

Pay:
$70, $95,000.00 per year
