Description

Behavior Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our BC team to help serve clients in the surrounding Big Rapids and Evart areas.

Hours are 3-6:30 M-F for 12-15 hours per week plus additional daytime hours available when school is out
.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred but not necessary.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Regular access to a computer with high speed internet
• Valid Michigan driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle

Must be willing to travel to client location - (typically travel will not exceed more than 45 minutes from home office). You will be working in the client homes. There is travel reimbursement.


Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy program
• Follow set protocol developed by Master's Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Travel to and work in home, community and school settings
• Collect daily data, graph results and implement behavioral support developed by Master's Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Participate in meetings when needed

Must be available to work at least four days per week, Monday through Friday between 3 and 7 pm. When clients are out of school, possible daytime hours may be available as well.
