As an independent body of public financial control, it audits the budget and economic management of the state, advises the administration and parliament, and informs the public, for example in its annual report.

Your assignment would primarily include audits in the business area of the Ministry of the Interior. You will regularly be deployed to audit district governments, police headquarters, and county police authorities.

The interesting areas of responsibility of these authorities define the specific focus of your audit activities, in addition to general audit topics (thrift and efficiency).


Your tasks include, among others, the development of audit and, if necessary, consulting concepts, the implementation and continuous optimization of audits with on-site investigations, the structured written presentation of audit and consulting results, the discussion of results with the audited entities, the preparation of statements, and participation in contributions to the annual report.
