    Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.


    As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll serve as an integral member of the healthcare team, specializing in medication therapy management and patient care within hospital or clinical settings.

    Your primary role is to ensure the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications by patients. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including medication review, dispensing, clinical consultation, and patient education.

    Clinical Pharmacists work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication regimens, minimize drug interactions, and maximize therapeutic outcomes for patients.

    Additionally, they may be involved in medication reconciliation, pharmacokinetic monitoring, and participation in interdisciplinary rounds.

    Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential for success in this role.

    Clinical Pharmacists play a critical role in promoting medication safety, improving patient outcomes, and advancing the quality of healthcare delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    Thoroughly review medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with hospital protocols.

    Dispensing:
    Prepare and dispense medications accurately, considering dosage, administration route, and patient-specific factors

    Clinical Consultation:

    Provide expert clinical consultation to healthcare providers on drug interactions, dosing adjustments, and therapeutic alternatives to optimize patient care.

    Patient Education:

    Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment regimens, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
