    Minimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.


    As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you'll serve as a crucial member of the healthcare team, specializing in medication management within hospital settings.

    Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for hospitalized patients.

    This entails reviewing medication orders, preparing and dispensing medications accurately, providing clinical consultation to healthcare professionals, and educating patients about their medications.

    Additionally, you'll play a key role in medication reconciliation, monitoring for adverse drug reactions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

    Your expertise in pharmacotherapy and dedication to patient safety will be essential in promoting optimal medication outcomes and enhancing the quality of healthcare delivery within the inpatient setting.

    Medication Review:
    Thoroughly review medication orders to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with hospital protocols.

    Dispensing:
    Prepare and dispense medications accurately, considering dosage, administration route, and patient-specific factors
    3.


    Clinical Consultation:

    Provide expert clinical consultation to healthcare providers on drug interactions, dosing adjustments, and therapeutic alternatives to optimize patient care.

    Patient Education:

    Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment regimens, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
