    Description
    DETAILS: Project Manager
    COMPENSATION: $70,000 - $90,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits on Day 1
    We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client's growing operation supporting household brands Nationwide. The company is committed to its continued growth and needs a strong Project Manager to come in and manage commercial buildout/install projects across the country. This Project Manager will support projects across the US from the office in Fort Worth 90% of the time but will require 10% travel to visit project sites and meet with clients when necessary If you are looking to join a stable company to take the next step in your Project Management Career, please reach out to learn more.
    RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manager
    • Managing the day-to-day project development from initiation to completion.
    • Documenting each project's scope.
    • Organizing projects in logical, cost-effective, and measurable steps.
    • Maintaining relationships with internal leadership related to company projects within client organizations
    • Having a understanding of capabilities and offerings of the company to be able offer more products/services to clients.
    • Assess projects, determine projects requirements, collaborate with team to provide estimates when required
    • Collaborate with Architects, Sub-Contractors, and Customers to ensure projects are delivered as efficiently as possible.
    • Tracking and reporting project progress on a consistent and accurate basis.
    • Coordinating various cross-functional activities.
    • Integrating company standards and policies with project requirements.
    • Recommending solutions, implementation, and deployment within project life-cycle, as necessary.
    • Documenting and reporting project information, as needed, utilizing appropriate systems.
    • Be prepared to provide training following project deployment.
    • Documenting product process and procedure documents.
    REQUIREMENTS: Project Manager
    • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of Project Management experience
    • 2+ Years of related Project Management Experience
    • Basic ability to understand technical plans, read drawings, read blueprints, and models.
