Essential Job Duties:
(which include, but not limited to):

Inspection of received material, in-process components and finished products utilizing various precision measuring tools, test equipment and visual inspection, to applicable drawings and specifications.

Inspection of products and material then generating inspection reports in accordance with AS9102 specification.

Ensuring material products and processes (paint, anodize, chem-film, etc.) are applied in accordance with applicable drawings and specification requirements.

Interfacing with operators and production personnel related to their workmanship and determining if quality issues exist.


Verification of calibrated tools and specialized tooling, mylars to ensure that gages and measuring media are within calibration interval prior to use.


Ensuring nonconforming materials are segregated from acceptable parts and are properly documented and controlled in accordance with Pervan Quality procedures.

Support 5-S and adhere to health, safety, and environmental company guidelines.

Perform cross-functional operations.

Minimum Requirements:
Must have a computer understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must be able to interpret engineering drawings including GD&T.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize inspection duties.

Ability to work with others in a fast-changing environment.

Ability to safely lift 25 lbs.

Ability to understand PO requirements and verification of Certificate of Conformance.


Knowledge of mechanical measuring tools including but not limited to micrometers, calipers, scales, pin and radius gage, dial indicator, and height gage etc.

Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.

Ability to pass basic shop math test.

Ability to learn to perform cross functional operations.


Preferred Requirements:
Manual CMM inspection experience. Mitutoyo B231.

Faro Arm inspection experience.

Employees may spend most of their day on their feet in a climate-controlled inspection room. When in the production areas employees must follow strict safety rules. They wear safety glasses to protect their eyes from airborne debris. Loud noise from machinery requires the use of hearing protection. Steel toe boots or shoes are encouraged to protect their feet from potentially dropped objects.


Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extensive periods of time.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Sit, Stoop, Kneel and Crouch.

Must be able to navigate production areas and reach items both high and low.

Pay:
$ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
