Requirements:


Who We're Looking For:


  • Experienced Leaders: Individuals with a proven track record in doortodoor sales and managerial excellence.
  • Driven Professionals: Dynamic personalities with the drive to lead, sell, and achieve at the highest levels.
  • 3+ years of High
  • End Sales experience ( In
  • Home Sales in Renovation is a plus)
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Determined Mindset with a Positive Winning Attitude

Benefits:


Compensation:

This role offers a base salary of $50,000+ Commissions and bonuses.


In addition to a base salary the canvassing manager can earn:

  • Personal Commissions from appointments that receive a demonstration.
  • Manager Overrides on production of canvassing teams.
  • Bonuses based on both personal and team production
