Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OPS Site Supervisor to join our team.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, responsible for an specific area inside the property, ensuring the all the porters on site are completed on time, and completing the areas with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all onsite activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the manager and admin team in any extra necessary task
- Train new porters
- Create the supply list every month
- Report to to property and manager any call out, injury or problem with the employees
- Report the injuries and follow up HR instructions
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience level:
- 2 years
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
