Thompson's Care Professional (m/f/d) Central Emergency Department (CED)


As a care professional in our central emergency department, you will provide care and treatment to our emergency medical patients and complete our team alongside Sandra Adler.

As the only CED in the northern part of Essen and with our level 2 emergency status, we are a central point of contact for medical emergencies in the area.

Our CED consists of 6 interdisciplinary departments working together. Currently, we are actively expanding and renovating to improve healthcare in the northern region.

Exciting tasks await you:

  • You will take care of the emergency medical treatment of our patients.
  • You will assess our patients using the triage system.
  • You will work in an interdisciplinary team of six different departments, ensuring variety in your work.
  • You will actively contribute to the development of our CED, making the stay for our patients as comfortable as possible.
  • You will document in our digital patient records.

What we are looking for:

  • You have completed training in health and nursing care.
