Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting and one year of accounting experience; OR Bachelor's degree to include 9 semester credits in Accounting and one year of accounting experience; OR one year of satisfactory performance as an Accountant 1 in the County service is required; OR five years of Accounting experience may substitute for the required four year of college education.


Recruitment Notes:

This position will reside in the Grants Bureau of Miami-Dade's Fire Rescue Department.

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for performing complex financial analyses and generating extensive reports to ensure that adequate internal controls are being maintained for all grant financial items.
