YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring effective and quality-conscious production processes while avoiding downtime and waste, with a special focus on logistics and occupational safety
Monitoring of production facilities, system-wide error messages, and the entire flow of goods in the factory (via monitors in the control room) with the aim of ensuring smooth operation, i.e. from raw material storage, through driverless transport systems, packaging systems, palletizing, to the transfer of finished pallets to the high-bay warehouse
Systematic analysis of malfunctions and initiation of necessary steps for troubleshooting
Contact person for SAP MES / EWM provisioning problems, control of storage capacities, requesting pallets from the warehouse, alarm monitoring, and basic error analysis, as well as contact person for problems in the high-bay warehouse environment for sister companies SLS and Bon Presso
Assignment of tickets after initial analysis, availability for IT in case of problems in the field of responsibility (EWM, systems)
Monitoring of the palletizing system, troubleshooting, supply of intermediate layers, supply of stretch films, reworking of pallets in case of triggering of contour control, etc.
