What to expect?

Management of the telephone switchboard in German and English
Professional reception and care of our international visitors (customers, suppliers, applicants, service providers)
Management of incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments
Independent management, preparation, and support of our in-house conference rooms for meetings and events
