Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer service of all kinds (insurance confirmations, general inquiries, etc.)
  • General administrative support and claims processing
  • Recording, reviewing, and booking documents, amendments, and invoices
  • General correspondence

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable
