The Terraces of Phoenix, one of 13 HumanGood communities named "Best Nursing Homes for 2024" by _U.S. News & World Report_
, is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for its 5 Star, 64-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the community's residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."

Salary:
Up to $130,000/year Depending On Experience

To be successful in this role you would have:

Completed an Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
Current Arizona RN license
BS Degree, Masters' Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional management experience in related field
Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills
Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
Current CPR certification
