- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve production goals, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Manage the plant budget and P&L to meet financial targets and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably metals
- Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational performance, and achieving financial targets
