As the Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all plant operations, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and work towards achieving budgeted goals. If you have a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for innovation, this could be the perfect fit for you!

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    - Directing and managing plant operations - Implementing lean manufacturing techniques - Leading problem resolution and fostering better relationships

    WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    • Improving operational performance
    • Maximizing production efficiency
    • Developing manufacturing plans
    • Coordinating department processes
    • Championing health, safety, and environmental initiatives

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of manufacturing experience
    • Strong lean manufacturing background
    • Previous metals experience preferred
    • Willingness to travel
