Description:
Assist the lead EO in managing the closing process for complex single site and multi-site commercial real estate transactions.
Tasks include preparation of closing documents, preparation of settlement statements and assembly of closing documents. Read and carefully review complicated instructions and agreements related to closings. Should be able to prioritize and be able to make independent decisions. Works closely with title officers and underwriting to solve issues. Superior verbal and written communication skills required.Responsibilities:
We are in need of a fourth seat escrow technician to join an escrow team in DTLA. Open and process escrows in accordance with the directives of the lead EO. Effectively manage individual work flow and provide customer support as required. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and build relationships. Adhere to company policy and procedures. Gather and confirm the accuracy of closing documents. Collect all documents necessary to clear title. Remain neutral at all times.
Requirements:

2 year of escrow experience required._ Must possess comprehensive knowledge of basic escrow and title procedures, current laws/statutes, practices, and concepts within the escrow and title insurance industry.
Pay:
$55, $80,000.00 per year
